The Information Technology Industry Council (ITI) appreciates the opportunity to respond to the Office of the National Cyber Director's (ONCD's) Request for Information on Cyber Regulatory Harmonization. Our members represent 80 of the world's technology leaders, who provide goods and services to regulated entities across all critical sectors. We are a part of the IT Sector Coordinating Council (IT-SCC) and also serve as the IT Sector Co-Chair of the ICT Supply Chain Risk Management Task Force. We strongly support efforts that seek to further regulatory harmonization and curtail the proliferation of divergent regulations and appreciate ONCD's continued prioritization of this effort. In the attached, we recommend steps to curtail regulatory fragmentation moving forward. Additionally, we provide our perspective on select questions of the RFI. We thank you for your consideration of our comments and look forward to continuing our support of ONCD's mission as a trusted industry partner.
