The Interstate Natural Gas Association of America (INGAA), a trade association of the interstate natural gas pipeline industry, respectfully requests a 60 day extension to the public comment period for the Proposed Rule to revise the Combustion Turbine New Source Performance Standards (NSPS) dated August 29, 2012 (77 FR 52554). This request would extend the comment deadline from October 29, 2012 to December 28, 2012.
