INGAA supports the comments filed by the American Gas Association (AGA) , the American Public Gas Association (APGA) , and the Northeast Gas Association (NGA) on November 6, 2023, regarding sections § 192.305 and § 192.615. INGAA members are affected by the proposed versions of sections § 192.305 and § 192.615. After reviewing the AGA, APGA, and NGA comments, INGAA agrees with their comment submission and respectfully requests PHMSA's consideration of the proposed changes and suggestions.
