I am writing to express opposition to the proposed guidelines which would lead to the relaxation of current sewage teatment requirements under the Clean Water Act. Thirty-five years ago, the League of Women Voters fought hard for the passage of the Clean Water Act. This is not the way to resolve inconsitencies in regional enforcement.
