Dear Sir/Madam: Attached please find comments of the Medical Imaging & Technology Alliance (MITA) in response to the FDA's request for comments, as announced in the Federal Register, 76 FR 23520. April 27, 2011 with regard to which of its existing rules, if any, are outmoded, ineffective, insufficient, or excessively burdensome and thus may be good candidates to be modified, streamlined, expanded or repealed.
