U.S. DOT/FAA - Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM)

MARPA doesn't have a problem with the substantive issues in this proposed AD, but submits simply an editorial comment. We believe that it should be stated at the beginning of the document that these defective parts are installed on Raytheon aircraft. It isn't until well into the requirements of the document that this fact becomes clear. We believe it would be better form and result in a more easily comprehended document if Raytheon could be mentioned in the sammary or at least early in the writing.
