The National Agricultural Aviation Association appreciates the opportunity to comment on EPAs proposed renewal of the recently expired Information Collection Request (ICR) developed for the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to estimate the burden and costs for compliance with the upcoming 2016 revisions to the 2011-promulgated NPDES pesticide general permits (PGP) issued by EPA and states.

Abstract

In compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act (44 U.S.C. 3501 et seq.), this notice announces that EPA is planning to submit to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) a request to renew and consolidate existing approved Information Collection Requests (ICRs) and to update the burden in those estimates.
