Please see the attached comments from the National Association of Chain Drug Stores (NACDS) to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) on existing regulations that could be modified, repealed, or replaced to achieve meaningful burden reduction consistent with Executive Orders 13771 and 13777, while still allowing the agency to achieve its public health mission and fulfill its statutory obligations. We appreciate FDA considering our input on these matters.
