USEPA is announcing an Administrative Stay of the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know (EPCRA) section 313 toxic chemical release reporting requirements for hydrogen sulfide (CAS No. 74-93-1). The effect of this stay is to defer reporting on these two chemicals while the Agency review new data and inforamation made available subsequent to the promulgation of the final rule.
