Abstract

EPA is proposing several minor revisions to the Lead Renovation, Repair, and Painting Program (RRP) rule and the Lead-based Paint Activities rule. EPA is proposing to eliminate the requirement that the renovator refresher training have a hands-on component. The Agency is also proposing to remove jurisdictions under the Lead-based Paint Activities program.
