The NAM's members are committed to the communities in which they live and serve, and are dedicated to protecting the health, safety and vibrancy of those communities. The NAM appreciates the opportunity to comment on EPA's proposed rule.

Abstract

With this action, EPA intends to develop a proposed national primary drinking water regulation for PFOA and PFOS, and as appropriate, take final action. Additionally, EPA will continue to consider other PFAS as part of this action.
