Abstract

This docket contains a rulemaking under subsection (i) of the American Innovation and Manufacturing Act of 2020 and related materials. This rulemaking includes provisions to: restrict the use of hydrofluorocarbons in specific sectors or subsectors in which they are used; establish a process for submitting technology transitions petitions; establish recordkeeping and reporting requirements; and address certain other elements related to the effective implementation of the American Innovation and Manufacturing Act. This docket also contains the notices related to petitions submitted under subsection (i) of the American Innovation and Manufacturing Act of 2020. Information considered by the Agency in its evaluation of these petitions is provided in this docket.
