"I am submitting an UPDATED version of comments on behalf of the National Cattlemen's Beef Association, Public Lands Council, and thirty undersigned livestock associations. This updated version includes the addition of the Texas & Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association, Minnesota State Cattlemen's Association, New Mexico Cattle Growers' Association, and New Mexico Wool Growers, Inc. as undersigned associations. Abstract

In accordance with a Presidential directive, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Department of the Army (Army) are developing a new definition for “waters of the United States.” This docket will be associated with a non-regulatory preproposal notice announcing a series of public webinars and soliciting feedback from the public.
