Abstract

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Department of the Army (Army) are seeking recommendations regarding implementation of the term “waters of the United States.” This docket will be associated with a non-regulatory preproposal notice announcing a series of public listening sessions and soliciting written feedback from the public.
