This rulemaking package includes the Residual Risk and Technology (RTR) review of the National Emission Standards of Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) for Primary Copper Smelting (Subpart QQQ) and the technology review of the area source NESHAP for Primary Copper Smelting (Subpart EEEEEE).
