Attached, please find the comments of the National Pork Producers Council on USDA's Technical Guidelines for Climate Smart Agriculture Crops Used as Biofuel Feedstocks. We respectfully request that USDA reconsidering this interim rule to ensure it is consistent with President Trump's executive orders and that it also recognizes the valuable role that manure plays as a nutrient and vital part of agricultural production.
