The National Retail Federation (NRF) and the National Council of Chain Restaurants (NCCR) respectfully submit the attached comments regarding the U.S. Department of Labor's (DOL) proposed delay of the effective date of the December 30, 2020 rule, "Tip Regulations Under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA)."
Abstract
Codifies the policy regarding tip regulations resulting from the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2018 & withdraws the Department's 12/0/17 NPRM.
