The National Retail Federation (NRF) and the National Council of Chain Restaurants (NCCR) respectfully submit the attached comments regarding the U.S. Department of Labor's (DOL) proposed rescission of its final rule, "Joint Employer Status Under the Fair Labor Standards Act," which was published in the Federal Register on January 16, 2020 and took effect on March 16, 2020.
