Please see attached letter urging BOEM to cancel any plans for the proposed Sale 244 and recommending that BOEM defer any proposed lease sales in Cook Inlet until the agency can, with confidence, confirm that oil and gas activities are not likely to jeopardize the survival or recovery of Cook Inlet beluga whales.
