We submit these comments on behalf of Sierra Club, Clean Air Task Force, Environmental Defense Fund, Natural Resources Defense Council, Earthjustice, and the National Wildlife Federation (together, Joint Environmental Commenters).

This action will amend the electric generating units (EGU) New Source Performance Standards for modified sources for greenhouse gas (GHG) under Clean Air Act section 111(b).
