Safer Chemicals Healthy Families (SCHF) and Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC) submit these comments on the Environmental Protection Agencys (EPA) proposed significant new use rules (SNURs) for 13 chemical substances under section 5(a)(2) of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA). 83 Fed. Reg. 52,179 (October 16, 2018).
