Abstract

EPA is publishing a FR notice which will provide the public with notice that EPA will begin development of NPDES permits under the CWA for the discharge of pollutants incidental to the normal operation of vessels(e.g., bilgewater, deck runoff, graywater. EPA will be seeking comments and data on vessel discharges and waste streams and other data related to incidental discharges from vessels. See related docket EPA-HQ-OW-2008-0055.
