Abstract

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing revisions to the federal Clean Water Act (CWA) water quality standards (WQS) regulations to clarify and prescribe how WQS for waters where states establish WQS must protect aquatic and aquatic-dependent resources reserved to tribes through treaties, statutes, executive orders, or other source of federal law.
