Natural Resources Defense Council ("NRDC") and National Parks Conservation Association ("NPCA") submit the attached comments on the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service's 12-month status review in response to the 90-day findings for petitions to delist the grizzly bear (Ursus arctos horribilis) in the Northern Continental Divide Ecosystem (NCDE) and the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem (GYE).
