Abstract
This action would implement regulations for the Northeast Canyons and Seamounts Marine National Monument. This action is necessary to comply with Presidential Proclamations 9496 and 10287. The measures are intended to incorporate the geographic boundaries of the Monument area and the fishery prohibition into fishery regulations.
