The Iowa ethanol industry contributes to the rural economy by providing local markets for corn as well as high-value animal feed in the form of distillers grains. New technology, such as that represented by Event 3272, could help keep the industry sustainable and contributing to America's energy independence. As such we encourage a timely, scientific-based review of this petition.
