The Office of Environmental Justice and External Civil Rights (OEJECR) is seeking information on The Environmental and Climate Justice Block Grant Program (ECJ Program) created under the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA). OEJECR is specifically seeking the public’s input on (1) defining ECJ Program terminology, (2) types of actions conducted to related to President Biden’s Justice40 Initiative, (3) the design of the ECJ Program, (4) eligible Recipients and projects, (5) types of technical assistance needed and (6) reporting and oversight.
