The Southern Environmental Law Center submitted comments regarding the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service's ("FWS's") proposed rule described at Docket No. FWS-HQ-ES-2025-0176 on behalf of itself and 23 organizations. See tracking number mh9-jgkv-t5fn for Comments and Attachments 1-15 of 25. For the many reasons explained in the submitted comments, FWS's proposal is arbitrary, capricious, and contrary to the best available science as well as FWS's previous findings. Accordingly, we urge FWS to withdraw its proposed rule. (Part 2 of 2, Attachments 16A-25 of 25).
