Please see the attached comments from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce opposing the petition to promulgate an anti-arbitration rule in consumer financial products and services.

Abstract

The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) is posting for public comment a petition for the issuance, amendment or repeal of a CFPB rule. CFPB will consider the petition, in accordance with Section 553(e) of the Administrative Procedure Act.
