The U.S. Chamber of Commerce, the world's largest business federation representing the interests of more than three million businesses and organizations of every size, sector, and region, submits these comments in response to the Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) request for public input on the design of a plan to use for periodic retrospective review of its regulations, to aid in compliance with Executive Order 13563. Specifically, EPA has asked for information on changes to regulations that would promote economic growth or job creation without compromising environmental protection.
