Attached are comments from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce on the subject of Exposure to Prevention of Significant Deterioration (PSD) Permitting as it pertains to EPA's Advance Notice of Proposed Rulemaking on Regulating Greenhouse Gases Under the Clean Air Act. These comments respond to the specific requests in the ANPR regarding the impact regulation of greenhouse gases under the CAA would have on the PSD permitting program. The U.S. Chamber plans to submit additional comments in response to the ANPR prior to the comment period.

Abstract

This notice will solicit public input as EPA considers the specific effects of climate change and potential regulation of greenhouse gas emissions from stationary and mobile sources under the Clean Air Act
