The U.S. Chamber of Commerce, the world?s largest business federation representing the interests of more than three million businesses and organizations of every size, sector, and region, submits these comments in response to the joint notice of proposed rulemaking by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) to establish greenhouse gas (GHG) emission standards and fuel efficiency standards for on-road heavy-duty vehicles, including combination tractors, heavy-duty pickup trucks and vans, and vocational vehicles.
