The U.S. Chamber of Commerce, the world's largest business federation representing the interests of more than three million businesses and organizations of every size, sector, and region, submits these comments in response to the joint proposed rule by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA setting greenhouse gas emissions and corporate average fuel economy (CAFE) standards for model years 2017-2025 for passenger cars and light trucks.
