The U.S. Chamber of Commerce appreciates the opportunity to comment on the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) proposed rule titled, "Fuels Regulatory Streamlining," that would streamline the agency's existing fuel quality regulations for gasoline, diesel, and other non-Renewable Fuel Standards fuels.

Abstract

This action streamlines EPA's existing fuels regulations.
