The U.S. Chamber of Commerce, the world's largest business federation, representing the interests of more than three million businesses and organizations of every size, sector, and region, is pleased to submit these comments to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Army Corps of Engineers (the Corps) (collectively the "Agencies")regarding their draft guidance on identification of waters regulated by the Clean Water Act (the "CWA"), 15 U.S.C. § 1251 et seq. These comments have also been submitted via email.

Abstract

This docket is to serve as public notice of the availability of the Draft Guidance on Identifying Waters Protected by the Clean Water Act and the public comment period to solicit input on the guidance.
