Please see attached comments from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce raising serious issues with OSHA's Notice to reopen the comment process on the healthcare ETS and urging OSHA to discontinue any further move to finalizing the ETS. OSHA's only option, if such a standard is necessary, is to propose it de novo under the provisions of 29 U.S.C. 655(b) and the APA.
