Abstract

The Judicial Conference Advisory Committee on Civil Rules has proposed amendments to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, and requested that the proposals be circulated to the bench, bar, and public for comment. On August 15, 2018, the public comment period opens for the proposed amendments to Civil Rule 30. The public comment period closes on February 15, 2019.
