The American Chemistry Council's Diisocyanates Panel is pleased to submit specific comments on the inclusion of 4,4‟-methylenedianiline ("MDA," or "4,4‟- MDA" CASRN 101-77-9) among the substances included in EPA‟s Endocrine Disruptor Screening Program: Second List of Chemicals for Tier 1 Screening (the "Final EDSP List 2"). These comments are submitted pursuant to EPA‟s request for comments on the ICR addendum submitted to OMB for the second list of chemicals for Tier 1 screening.
Abstract
This docket contains materials related to specific information collection activities and provides for public comment pursuant to the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) and procedures prescribed in 5 CFR 1320.12. This is a new ICR that will amend an existing ICR that is currently approved under OMB Control No. 2070-0176 (EPA ICR No. 2249) and which covers the first list of chemicals. The ICR, which is abstracted in the FR documents, describes the nature of the information collection activity and its expected burden and costs.
