Risk Assessment for Establishing Food Allergen Thresholds; Establishment of Docket, Request for Comments

International Dairy Foods Association (IDFA) appreciates the opportunity to provide comments on threshold levels for major food allergens. Allergens are an important health issue for the millions of Americans who have food allergies, with complete avoidance of the appropriate food allergen being the only way for allergic individuals to avoid negative health consequences.
